two barspoons is currently based out of Chicago, IL. Access to world-class air transit hubs allows us the flexibility of extending our services nationally across the United States. All projects are considered on a case by case basis, and international projects will require special considerations.

What does two barspoons mean?

The phrase two barspoons traces its origins to the service bar of a short-lived Chicago restaurant. It is a reference to the appropriate amount of rich demerara syrup that goes into the perfect Old Fashioned cocktail. two barspoons will put it’s Old Fashioned recipe up against all challengers! But if you’re muddling fruit and using brandy you won’t be taken seriously.

And yes, we know ‘bar spoon’ is technically two words. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What if none of the services I am looking for are listed on the menu of services?

No problem! two barspoons understands that every project is different and no two bars are the same. We don’t cut copy and paste anything. Every project is treated as a unique opportunity to create a working relationship with our clients that takes the best interest of all parties into consideration.
