two barspoons was founded in 2020 by Chicago f&b industry veteran Michael Huebner.

After spending over a decade working through the ranks of some of the city’s most acclaimed establishments, Huebner then served as beverage director at the four story cocktail hotspot Celeste in the trendy River North neighborhood before becoming the opening beverage director at the 16’ On Center project Revival Food Hall.

Huebner then moved to Denver to open four unique bar concepts in the span of two years. Before returning to Chicago in fall of 2019 to begin work on twobarspoons.
